We conduct a FREE no obligation initial consultation which involves a detailed health and fitness check and is designed for you to get to know your personal trainer and for your trainer to assess your current fitness levels and discuss your goals.
Whether you want to lose weight, tone, or build muscle, we will design a fitness programme to suit you.
Your programmes are designed to be both challenging and enjoyable. We use various types of exercise and fitness equipment including resistance bands and pad work to help maintain motivation and enthusiasm.
Sessions can be held at your home, workplace or outdoors (weather permitting).
Your progress will be regularly monitored to ensure continued development and programme changed every 6-8 weeks to avoid stagnation and boredom.
